How can my cousin study in the US?

Q. He wants to study areonautical engineering, he has his a-levels which is like a high school degree, he is going to attend Sheffield University for areonautics, but he would love to study somewhere more prestigious, how can he go about coming to the US to study?

A. I heard that america ranks as 72 on the best schools in the world. Europe has the best mostly. but if he wants to study in the best in america. he has to have a colorful history. i mean, not only A's and honors. it has to be interesting and impressive. like knowing other languages, having state, country, or international recognition. if money isn't an obstacle, you can get into any school. make sure you have some place to stay, money for food, cloths, and other essentials. make friends good ones, they can make or break you. research the college he wants to go to, make up the money and apply. wait for the mail to come in to see if he gets accepted. if he gets rejected try to appeal and give more reasons why they should take you. oh yeah, you have to give them a lot of reasons why they should choose you.
