Q. I am 22 year old Electrical Engineering student from UK. I have always been very good in studies but recently I have been addicted to porn (websites and videos) through some of my friends. I usually used to go out..hangout with friends and and enjoy life but now I do nothing just sit infront of my laptop and masturbate all day. I am loosing my grades and my finals are just one month away so please give my sincere advise how to control my self.

but when it becomes an addiction , there is something wrong
Addiction is always wrong in every circumstance
I recommend you see a doctor or something so you can get counseling for this. I am being serious. You will end up nowhere if you keep doing what you're doing.
