In a sensational incident that spread panic in the city, two youth have been killed in ganging war in new market area of Cuttack on Friday.
The two youths who killed have been indentified as Anirudh Sethi and Lichua Sethi resident of Chaulia ganj area.
According to the local sources four unidentified youth came in two bikes with mask in their face and open fired at the Anirudh Sethi and Lichua Sethi following a long rift over tender fixing.
While one Lichua Sethi killed spot , other dead on the way to medical.
Meanwhile top cops of the commisionarate police have initiated inquiry into the incident and recovered two live bullets from the spot.
Police have formed special squad to nab the miscreants.
